about

In August of 2011, the guys returned to studio to record a third song in their "Motions" series. ("Kodiac and Clock Tower" can be found on the band's "Illusions" EP released earlier this year.). The band stays true to their unique sound and melodies, while adding a more driving guitar/rock sound.

lyrics

Separated and I begin to ask why, and I ask myself

"Is this where it dies?"

My artificial night gives false insight, but it's where I find

A peace of mind

Though distance has arrived I know...

You're here we're connected by lights

No space will see me surrender

No matter what path we find or where the hand points in time

Unsure of what's in store, it's the same as before

All uncertainties have me staring at the door

If we would have known, would we have shown

and opened up ourselves, I hope so

Though distance has arrived I know...

Whatever happens let never forget:

What's right might be a risk

You're here we're connected by lights

No space will see me surrender

No matter what path we find or where the hand points in time

For "Lorelei's Melody", the band again utilized producer Jessy Ribordy (front runner of Falling Up, The River Empires, and The Gloom Catcher). Josh Shroy (drummer for Falling Up) mixed the album at The Castle House Studio (Lebanon, OR). "Lorelei's Melody" was mastered by Brad Blackwood at Euphonic Masters (Maroon5, Black-Eyed Peas, Alison Krauss, Thursday, etc).
